IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Al Mayyas Boat Rental maintains the https://www.almayaskayak.ae website (”Site”).
- Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
- Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- Cancellation policy: Cancellation and refund of the booking will be subject to the policy of each attraction and will be mentioned on the booking terms and conditions.
- Refund policy: Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
